I have been giving them 30 minutes of my life for no reason.

30 minute lunches do not equal 9 hour total days. They equal 8.5 hour days. You'd think I'd be pissed but I'm happy I'm getting out of here today quicker and that I don't have to worry about the 2 hours I owed when I left early last week.
