I worked out last night for the first time in months. I still have 6 months on my membership. So I did my normal warm up weight on chest then did chest and abs. Did some bike time too.

I got home and went into the hot tub for 30 minutes. I felt sore but good. This morning my left elbox (on the inside of my arm) is killing me. I can't bend it all the way. To top it off I didn't take any motrin this morning, nor my allergy meds.

It's going to be a long day.

Yesterday I was at Pyramid to install Notes on Mary's pc. It went in like clockwork. No problems, I even helped Tony w/ an address book qeustion. I went home and put together the temp web page for milestone and placed it on the server. When I try to use the admin console, it times out on me. When i take a look at the mail.box file it had 25k dead emails. I erased them before bed. This morning I try to restart the http process from work but still can't get a response from the admin console. The .log file stops recording at 8pm yesterday. I was there till 5:45 and I didn't make any changes on the server. Weird. It might be a worm or just it's getting hammered by spam traffic. I can't tell. It responds well during normal notes and web access though. Tony also said that they haven't any access issues in a while. I think it needs to restart but since it is so difficult for me to get there, I'll wait for ettore to get back.
