Just found out that my 'audit' isn't really an audit at all and I should be fine whether or not the app is done or not. Feeling less pressure. It was all self-induced but it was pressure nonetheless.

Karen fell taking xmas decorations down. Bruised her butt bone, banged a knee and twisted her back.

Might be going to russia to adopt but since they are going through some legal changes we are waiting a month to see if the rules have changed. In the meantime we will get our home study paperwork together.

This saturday Karen and I are heading to a play and meeting w/ Joe since the hip replacment operation about 6 weeks ago. I can't wait to see him. He is helping me get a room in NY and tickets to Movin' Out for Karen's birthday too. Joe's going to the orchestra so we are meeting him for dinner at the Vesper club for dinner. Kyle is staying w/ the inlaws. The play has Disney music in it and is for the family so Karen is thinking about taking Kyle w/ us but that w/ upset her mother who wants Kyle to stay over. She hasn't had the chance to see him lately. They are moved in now to there house.

Karen just called a hawk has been eating something for the last half hour in our willow tree. MMM must be good. I kept asking her to take pictures but she didn't think she could get a good shot. I didn't press it too much since her leg is sore from the fall.
