I'm glad that is over. k had it last tuesday, K has it Friday and I had it Sunday. The only difference, I didn't puke. Nope, I managed to keep my esophagus a one way street. I feel better now.

Last night we went to Circuit City and got a Sony Vaio for K's new laptop. It wasn't our first choice because I still have it in my head to get the heaviest therefore most powerful beast available. But once we looked at the Toshibas I realized that K wanted something lighter and a longer battery life. We settled on a out of stock discontinued model of Vaio. : | After that disaster we found a FS model that has a dual layer DVD writer (same as one I got in my shuttle) cleaner lcd, 100 gb hd, Centrino, 512MB ram. It's roughly the size of my big i8500. K might not be too happy about the size but it's a laptop that won't let her down. Spent last night creating recovery CD's, clearing off unwanted crap, updating xp and loading spyware removal apps. tonight I move data and transplant applications.

Got another phone call from my partner, his cousin is hot and heavy on this website. Of course I've been sick or talking care of K so I really didn't have time to work on it. Got to show something tonight so I'll be busy juggling stuff tonight.
