Well after much prodding and emailing the sellers came back with a very well worded offer. They will take care of $2k of the roof and pay for the ant treatment. That's good enough for me so all bumps have been hammered down.
So next thursday night I pick up the truck and John and I load it up w/ furniture in the storage locker and boxes and even more furniture from the garage. I have about 6 boxes full of plastic model airplanes that my dad had bought over the years and never opened or put together. They represent a huge regret of mine. My dad talked about these models as something fun for him to do. He was an artist and would have painted them to make them look real. I looked forward to seeing him do just that. Since he was a procrastinator it never happened. Karen wants me to chuck them, I know i'll never put them together but I would like to think someone could I'm thinking about putting them up on Ebay individulally. I'll group the crappy ones but some of them might be hard to find and worth a few bucks. The biggest issue is storage. I'm dumping the storage locker at $105 a month (whew!) and now will need to store those in the garage. I'll hide them under my hardtop once I remove it. And sell them during the summer.
