real work

Finally, I'm in a real IT deptartment. I have QA people I have a place to put my documentation that everyone uses. It might get a little menial but I feel more alive here than the other dept. My cynical view of gov. work isn't as bad, I really think that my old deptartment was a glaring exception to the rule. I'm not saying this agency is the model of effiancy but I know the admin got me my stuff in a day and has the rest on order. Something that my old dept never did. The actual technical work is still below what I am interested in but with my patchey memory it all seems fresh.
