With the extra price drop put out by Best Buy I got Circuit City to match it plus use a $25 off coupon I just got in the mail.
Here is the math
$150 - HD-DVD - the discount CC's wonderful system gave me - $25 coupon = $116
I bought 3 movies to bump me up to the $200 point to activate the coupon, They were discounted too.

3. Full Metal Jacket & 22.24.
4. HD-DVD drive came w/ King Kong & $0
Plus I get another 5 free movies w/ from MS
