Half pound per day with no exercise. Eventually I'll level out unless I exercise or make more of a change to my food intake.
I haven't discussed goals. I keep thinking 240 would make me happy since I haven't been there is in years. Even when I worked out 5 days a week and play hockey I was around 235. However, it seems possible now to be down below 240 before the end of July.
Today the PS3 should be in but the cables won't be.
