Canon's new Rebel XT, is an 8-megapixel DSLR. The new sibling model to the original Digital Rebel is now smaller and faster than its cousin, able to shoot 3 frames per second in 14 frame bursts. The XT will be known as the EOS 350D Digital in Europe and the EOS Kill Digital 2e in Japan, it's all the same camera. Of course the best news is the price: under $1,000.
