A roofer inspected our house to be and let us know that there is only one roof not two and it sucks. It needs to be replaced. So now we negotiate w/ the owners who claim not to know the roof was bad yet 'someone' was up there w/ silcone at one time. *eyeroll* We will forgo the other issues w/ the sloping deck due to being build right on the ground and not blocks and the railing that wobbles like a drunk one legged man in an earthquake if they pay for the roof. They will most likely come back w/ a 50 / 50 split with would be ok w/ me. We would also repair the cosmetic damage in the house too. It ain't much. When we do move our vacations furniture up we got a whole bunch of things to unpack, put away, clean, repair, clean up. It won't be a fun memorial day.
