Libby just ratted out the Administration saying he was given permission to cough up classified information to punish those who had evidence likewise to the administrations idea of going to war with Iraq over WMDs.
It puts me in mind of recent events where Bush used suspiously timed declassified information about foiling a terrorists plot in LA. I never actually saw anything connecting the (illegal) wiretapping to what was done but I guess we were to make those subtle (as a sledge hammer to the big toe) connections. It's amazing what one administration will do to minipulate and shape the public's opinion. It is the opposite of the democrats complete inability to work as a cohesive group in order to inform or educate. Republicans are masters at it and it looks like the administration has become so swelled with overconfidence that they are make some really grevious mistakes.
