NYC Bloomburg had employee fired for playing solitare

While I scoff at the shear number of people who play games at work, I believe the amount of people that should be fired should be relatively small. The person who was fired was not caught at it but was posing for a photo with the mayor who later saw the photo and recognized the game on the employee's screen that was in the background. I believe firing without a warning is very bad for moral unless it's a major infraction. I think the mayor's quick over the top response is gonna generate more blogs entries and backlash than he expects.
