odd sort of collection

Yesterday i was waiting in the parking lot to pick up my son and see 3 kids around 13 or 14 years old walking through the parking lot. They were white, one was dressed with real baggie jeans but filled them out a little so was heavy, crooked hat and the other were just a bit of a ratty t-shirt and jeans. I dont' think they were fasionable ratty though. That wasn't the interesting part. It was what they were carrying. Each had there own burden. One had a plastic hampster cage which may or may not have been occupied. A 2nd had about 6 long white florecent light bulbs taped together. The 3rd had a small white plastic bag tied up. I can not figure out what the hell they needed all that for.
