Heading to the doctors tonight for a follow up from a couple of months ago. I had bad allergies and this doc prescribed allerex which basically gave me my life back. I can breath and see. He did notice my lower number in my blood pressure score to be a little high. I forgot about the sun flower seeds I was eating that day... He wanted me back for a follow up which is tonight. He also said I need to lose weight. No sheet. Difficult to find time to exercise and w/ being a Notes developer my activity at work is mainly walking back and forth to the bathroom or cafeteria.
This weekend we are heading up to the poconos and looking forward to nice weather. John is coming up to so he can take a look at the house which needs a coat of paint or stain and see what T111 we need replaced. This also means I can take him fishing. Kyle isn't as enthused to go fishing any more but maybe w/ Uncle John here, he'll be willing to stay longer on the lake.
