CA sues car companies?

Holy Carp. WTF? Are they kidding? Next they will start suing every car owner. Frivolous and unfounded all the way. Ok, the car companies should pack up and leave. See how well CA economy does without cars and trucks. If this get's to court I'm gonna lose it.
