Comcastic Internet

Ugh. My internet connection was down last night. The lights were on but no one was home. I called and had the modem reset and with Karen's laptop, it finally came back on. I had tried my new D-Link wireless router and when that failed I called comcast. Once I plugged everything back in, it still didn't work! I played around with the connections and router till my eyes were closing on their own. So as of today my internet connection is down at home.
